☾ ◆ ☽ ━ peter shakes his H E A D in slight amusement at the other wizard’s tone of surprise, not at all offended by it ( simply on account of knowing james well enough to realize that disbelief of his is directed inward and not at his less intelligent mate, at least according to the hogwarts masses. ) “sometimes the simplest plan can be the most effective?” he starts off strong, but by the end of his declaration, wormtail sounds more questioning than anything, as if he doesn’t quite believe it himself. but he just as quickly shakes off the feeling when james arrives at the conclusion that perhaps both shops would benefit from falling under his rule. “i don’t know if your parents would approve of your use of the family funds, though. you’re supposed to be the responsible heir, yeah? at least wait until you have full control in two years.” seems sensible enough, even if he’s starting to sound like remus — which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
