Heyo! Sorry if this has been asked before, but are commissions only available through patreon?

Normally I only accept commissions within patreon, so officially I'm never accepting commissions outside patreon, but everyone can always send me messages with the idea of a commission and if I like the idea and I have some free time I can accept it, or put it on my “waiting list“ for when I have time.but at the moment I'm quite busy and I can not accept more commissions, precisely because I accept several commissions from my “waiting list” and a few more.
