I hate feeling so anxious. It’s the worst feeling in the world.

It doesn’t matter what people say, I don’t believe it.

You can tell me I’m “the most beautiful woman in any universe” and when I mention you liked my IG picture you reply “it’s you what’s not to like” ... but then you like other girls’ pictures too. In my head all I think of is you saying “what’s not to like” .. it translates to “what’s not to like” for them too. You must have liked something obviously.

And it’s not intentionally that I feel anxious and self conscious and I hate the way I look, I just do.

These feelings of self hatred can’t just go away.

They just don’t.
