Layla comes from a wealthy full-blooded family. Although she has a big sister, she is the only one in the family currently studying in Hogwarts sincer her sister is a squib. Layla holds deep affection for her sister, so the fact that they can not study at Hogwarts together really sinks in her heart.

Esmeralda the dhampir

Esmeralda was the first-born in a vampire family, with her vampire father and her witch mother. Her mother was turned into a vampire after a desperating event, and her full vampire sister was born. Her mother soon later left the world, and her father was also gone during the big family war.

Esmeralda felt like an outsider and left her childhood home to travel around, then settled in her mother’s old home in the woods of the far north. She and her sister each has an earing from her mother’s sun and moon pair.

At first I was playing around with the grayscale painting, then suddenly I felt the vibe of Esmeralda. I picture her whole life is kinda lonely, with her having a lot of lovers to fill the lack of love from childhood, but she will learn how to be alone and not feeling the loneliness where her mother used to spend decades being alone and healing ❤️‍🩹
