Unfortunately I cannot see that far into Neji’s personal life to answer this question with certainty. However, they are definitely very close, regardless of the exact nature of their relationship!

Since Neji is alive and all, does he consider cutting his hair short one day, just for fun?
From what I know Neji is very attached to his hair, as it reminds him of his father and was used to save his life once. However, Neji has all the time in the world, and as there is no risk of him not living anymore, it is definitely a possibility! (Let’s hope that people still recognize him, though, or we might have another “not living Neji” scare on our hands.)

Hi, tell me please, how has Neji been doing recently? What are his plans for the future?
Hello there! Neji continues to be doing wonderfully. He has many plans for the future, but his main goal as of now is to completely fix the customs of his clan so that future generations do not suffer as he did. He has also been helping out at an orphanage lately, where he surprised himself by how close he connected to the children there. Next week he will have some time off from his regular duties, which he plans to spend with the people closest to him.
I forgot to mention - anonymous asks are now on. This is how it should have been from the start. Apologies for this!
