See „other people“ as NPCs (non-player characters), not in a disrespectful way but as a reminder to not fall back asleep. There is no separate entity in them, no separate player. All of this is a dream animated by the only God there is, I AM. That everyone is here for you to remember that, sometimes in a sweet way, sometimes as a harsh wake-up call — all set up by you, the Divine dreaming this dream. If someone shows up in a way that you don‘t like or pushes your buttons, pause, and see what they are reflecting. The only way to shift that is by going within, to release yourself from this illusion & remind yourself that there‘s only oneness — one divine Beingness expressed as & in different forms. At the end of the day, we‘re all walking each other home.

So, if anyone says something triggering; pause, bless them for being a portal, come back to your throne & be unbothered ☁️

self-love is being of service. probably the greatest service. picture this: once your cup overflow, your giving is selfless and therefore pure & free from distortions. now imagine every being on this planet (and maybe other planets too?) doing this — it creates a massive ripple effect. also on the collective energy field. so many problems are just distortions of love. now what happens to the concept of problems (which just exist in form of distorted thoughts) when distortions dissolve in love?

Perception is everything. We can only choose our perception, and select our desired state of consciousness through stillness, slowing down, stepping out of our misidentification with our avatar (= thinking we are human) & looking as the Observer/I AM. From this spaciousness, pure presence, we can then choose consciously & rest in and as that which we desire to see.

🐝 the frequency you wanna see

give yourself a sense of place and time. rotate your wardrobe when the weather changes. update your playlists every month. write down three things you did today. do it everyday. message your friends good morning. buy yourself different flavours of tea based on your mood, the packaging, the weather, your heart. save the little paper labels; stick them in your notebook until the inside cover is full of little colored tags. have it hot in the winter. have it cold in the summer. learn to make apple cider, raspberry cordial. spend the summer knitting a scarf for the colder months. spend the winter sewing loose flowy blouses for the summer. open the windows, five minutes a day if it's cold, all day if it's warm. give yourself a sense of place and time and weather.
