In the last ten days I have:

- broken my foot, broken my crutches, gotten in a boot and told to stay the fuck off of it

- had very painful dental surgery recovery (SMG gets it)

- had our divorce filing rejected for the fifth time and now we are getting a private judge and attorney so we can get this done by the end of the year (this started… last December)

- gotten my period (on the day of dental surgery)

- had multiple work blow-ups while I was out (duh)

If I can hold off on getting PIPed due to changing of the guards and subsequent empire building and nepo-stacking cronyville (4 new directors! Tell me more about flattening and org efficiency, plz) til January then at least I can have a little more financial breathing room but this needs to stooooppp.

There’s nothing grosser than being the recipient of a “thanks for being so vulnerable with us, [My Name].” Right up there with being called brave. The actual full body wave of revulsion and shame that rolls through me is probably something to work through with my therapist.

I would so rather the content of my vulnerability be VALIDATED and accepted instead of feeling like I was absolutely incorrect to bring it up in the first place.
