NES Nostalgia on Flickr.

After several months of patiently waiting and not stupid enough to play the low-inventory/impulse-control game with Nintendo, I was able to secure an NES Classic from BestBuy, without even leaving my house. Funny thing in December, I still had my original NES (from 1985) that my dad bought for me (the deluxe edition with the light gun and Robbie the robot) from #CrazyEddies on Queens Blvd. It had been sitting in an old dvd box (w/ 30+ game cartridges I had remaining) collecting dust. I re-gifted it back to him, partially because I no longer have the video connections to use it (or the space for it and the games) and partially because I wanted to keep it in the family.
