I make grave mistakes all the time.
I suppose I’ll need my brother back.
It’s like when you don’t know someone, they’re more interesting. They can be anything you want them to be. But when you know them, there’s limits to them. Sing Street (2016) dir. John Carney

What's correct, 'me either' or 'me neither'?
Hello, Anon.
Let’s look at “me either“ first:
We use ”me either“ in negative sentences, i.e, ones that involve ”not“:
He does not like me either.
Jane did not tell her secret to me either.
Wrestling with a hungry grizzly bear does not appeal to me either.
Having said that, both “me either” and “me neither” are usually used in informal contexts (such as everyday conversations), so someone who hears “Me either” instead of “Me neither” probably won’t make a big fuss over it.
Just remember to use neither in formal writing. (But then again, why would you? Right?)
