Knowing the 3D isn't real kinda makes me sad cuz wdym my cute dog isn't real 🥺
Your subconscious (and awareness) doesn’t have sens
(Shifting Motivation)
your subconscious doesn't have senses, it can't see, hear, feel; it only knows what you feed it. When people say "the subconscious", they usually mean all the parts of the brain and body that operate outside of conscious awareness. That includes:
automatic body regulation (heart rate, digestion, hormones),
habit circuits in the basal ganglia,
associative memory in the hippocampus,
Emotion regulation in the amygdala,
even sensory filtering in the thalamus.
None of these systems "see" or "hear" the way your conscious mind does. Perception (vision, audition, touch) happens when raw sensory data (light, vibration, pressure) gets processed in sensory cortices and then integrated into your conscious workspace (prefrontal-parietal networks, global neuronal workspace). The subconscious systems don't have access to that integration.
They can't look at an image in your head or hear words; they just take patterns of activation (repeated signals, associations, emotional tones) and adjust behavior or physiology accordingly. That's why affirmations work on belief systems: when you repeat or imagine a phrase, you are making it real for your subconscious, and this is how you shift: if your subconscious KNOW, then it is.
The brain runs on Hebbian learning, "neurons that fire together wire together." Every time you state "I am confident, you fire linguistic areas (Broca's/ Wernicke's regions), emotional tone circuits, and self-representation nodes in the medial prefrontal cortex together. Over time, the basal ganglia and associative cortices treat that as the new baseline expectation, as the truth. And it then become the truth.
The subconscious isn't "believing" in words, it's reshaping synaptic weights because you keep giving it the same input. This also explains why it doesn't matter whether you consciously "see signs" or not.
The subconscious doesn't care about sensory proof.
It doesn't check: did we really hear this outside, did we really feel tingles in the body? It only encodes frequency and intensity of signals. If you feed it repetition and strong emotional coloring, it updates habits and physiological set points, regardless of whether any of your sens were actually involved.
And that leads to why "symptoms of shifting" (vibrations, tingling, hearing your DR, seeing flashes of light, feeling like floating, ect (I could go on for hours naming those)) are not signs of the subconscious "activating." They're just byproducts of nervous system states. For example:
Tingling = paresthesia from hyperventilation or relaxation-induced blood flow changes.
Vibrations - myoclonic jerks at sleep onset (your motor system discharges as you cross into hypnagogia).
Hearing - hypnagogic hallucination, when auditory cortex briefly fires without external input.
Floating/falling = vestibular system misfiring during drowsiness.
None of these are messages from the subconscious, and none are evidence of "approaching a shift." They're universal brain events that happen when you're half-asleep, deeply relaxed, or focusing intensely. People who don't know the neuroscience interpret them as special signs, but they're just physiology. This is also a way to see if some of those shittokers know what they are talking about or not.
What does matter for belief and manifestation work is the repetition of signals you feed yourself. Since the subconscious doesn't perceive external senses, you don't need to "see proof" or wait for "symptoms." Your subconscious updates its "rules" purely based on internal data streams, basically: WHAT YOU TELL IT, what you imagine with conviction, what you emotionally charge. That's why affirmations “stick" if you repeat them with enough emotional intensity and regularity: you're simply overwhelming your brain's prediction models with a new reality.
So, stripped down to science:
Subconscious = non-conscious brain systems that don't have sensory perception.
They learn from patterns, not from external proof.
Affirmations work because they create patterns.
“Symptoms" are just ordinary neurological side effects of relaxation and drowsiness, not special proof of shifting.
In other words: the subconscious doesn't "see" you shifting. It doesn't wait for vibrations, tingles, or hallucinations as proof. It only processes the data you feed it. And that's why the only thing that matters is the consistency of what you choose to input, and what you choose to input.

Please, shifters. Is it normal to feel disconnected to my orgrinal reality or the 3D after I've shifted or feel connected to my dr? Or should I take break.

ok bye
My Shifting Journey.
I'm getting closer as I shift :3, If I'm now aware of my surroundings I can feel how it is a bit, my emotions, attached.
Stop looking through shifttok, or any shifting advice. They can't help you everyday, you have to figure out what to do yourself.
Yes, advice can help you throughout your journey but don't completely rely on it Everytime you "don't shift", try to recognize.
My Shifting Journey
I finally understand it.
I understand why I can't focus on why I don't feel connected to my reality.
I finally got it. I'll get straight to the point no long 16 paragraphs.
Everytime I focus on my dr / current reality my attention redirects to the previous reality, or 3D.
I'ma just call it 3D for now.
That's why I feel less connected, my attention constantly redirects back to the 3D but I remind myself to focus on the present, which is the 4D(true reality.)
Shifted a bit last night
Alright, so last night I had shifted but I was trying and I wasn't really focused but I tried, some sounds disturbed me and eventually I was getting sleepy. So I decided to take a break.
So while I was sleepy I finally decided to relax my body and just try to sleep, suddenly I started thinking about my desired Reality not on purpose. After that, I decided to let my thoughts pass. And suddenly I saw a hand coming towards me,
This isn't my first time having a shift longer than 2 seconds so I couldn't ground myself yet I had panicked and opened my eyes.
I probably was dreaming, but possibly I could have shifted and I believe I did because when I'm shifting to a pmmm(puella magical madoka magica) I'm fighting an witch with hands sometimes.
I think I shifted because I was actually relaxing and not trying so hard. I was letting go maybe?
I'll be honest I'm happy but not too happy, not in a negative way I'm just surprised and realizing shifting is just a thing anyone can do.
Someone once said, shifting. Is like sleep, if you force it it's hard and if you relax it's easier. I don't know who said it but they're right.
Shifting is getting kinda weird 4 me cuz tell me when I set my intention and I had closed my eyes to visualize I heard somebody breathing on top of me like.. whatthefuck that's not where I intended
But hey, As long as I'm shifting I'm fine with it ✌️
thanks 2 ALL the irl, astral, physical or non physical magical girls, I suddenly just felt SO much better about myself thank y'all 🥹
To be aware of another reality is to be aware of what you perceive.
To be aware is to perceive, to perceive is to be aware.
Be awareness
BE AWARE AND FOCUSED.
I have figured out a way to feel my experiences and feel more connected to my dr. If I am aware of what is going on around me, i can feel what I am aware of.
shifting literally helps you figure out things by yourself so much.
I figured out how to embody.
I thought, because shifting and manifesting are connected and kinda the same thing, I compared the 2.
I asked myself, "you know how you identify as whenever you manifest? That's how you embody. You identify. That's how you become it." ERR, WRONG!!!!!!
2: I am working on my understandment of embodiment to help me feel more connected to my dr when I'm visualizing.
To understand how to embody is to understand the definition of embodiment itself.
as when an actor gives a complete and compelling representation of a character. You can also use embody to describe character traits you see in a person, like, “He embodies truth,” or, “She is the embodiment of goodness.”
IM THINKING.
If an actor embody a character and gives a complete representation, or let's say a great performance with the character's personality trait, their habits, what they do etc, Then the audience would forget that they are even an actor.
Let's say, we are the audience yet the actor in our Desired Reality as i visualize. What I mean is that we visualize and when we visualize we embody to connect to our desired Reality more.
If I am able to embody my drself in my desired Reality I might completely forget I am acting or even an audience and I will immerse myself in it.
To embody in my definition is to act or show a complete representation.
The topic will be moving onto my personal state to shift.
This part with the yellow divider is just me talking about how I'm happy and confident about me figuring out what works best for me. If you do not see this yellow divider, the topic is separated from me expressing my happiness.
Basically, yellow divider = me talking about happiness if you don't wanna read that? That's how you can know to skip it.
I believe the FLOW STATE is the best state for me to shift. I've figured myself out. I'm really happy I feel super joyful because I believe in myself when I figure out what works for me :)
The flow state described is a mental state of deep focus that you lose track of time completely. The specific activity has your undivided and full attention, you ignore distractions.
The specific activity would be me visualizing my desired Reality. I want to feel more connection, I would try to relax, meditate or just focus on my breathing and then, before
visualizing I think "where am I?" "What is going on" "where are we located, and what does it look like" so I am aware of my surroundings.
This is where the flow state comes in when I feel it is time to visualize. The flow state will help me focus and immerse myself to my desired Reality, the main reason why the flow state is very important to me is because it will fully immerse me and help me focus.
As I've said previously, focus is the main key for Shifting. The flow state is an amazing state/tool for that.
I shifted to eat food and I got sacrificed instead
I love manifestiation we're literally just gods💞
How I Believed In Shifting
One thing I've noticed is that the brain.
The brain will believe stuff if you can make logic out of it and not just physical proof, you could see something and if it doesn't make any logical sense your conscious/brain will deny it.
Our brain is so used to this 3D, only accepting things that are logical, correcting ourselves when something isn't making sense for those to understand.
What made me believe in shifting is because I connected the logic which rewired my subconscious, I figured out things on my own which helped me realize this.
Your brain will believe things if they are logical and make actual sense if you're able to make it make sense.
Even the most illogical things, if you understand the fundamentals or figure it out your brain will believe you because you got proof for it and fully understand it and how it works.
What really got me to believe it wasn't just the evidence I provided for myself but rather the way I figured out how to shift. I noticed that when I figured out how to shift I believed in myself
Fully, this is mostly because my brain thought before "this is illogical, therefore it's not true." I connected logic, how it works, what causes it all by myself. I figured out how to do it
My brain probably thinks, "even if it is illogical, if you know how to do it then I believe in us"
Basically, regardless it was never the logic. It was "If you know how to do it then it's true" THIS TELLS ME, IF I KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING, THEN THE BRAIN WILL RECOGNIZE IT AS TRUE.
