Rather than respond to every ask individually, I'm going to start adding to this post and then tagging the submitter. This is to cut down on blog clutter. If you would rather I tag a specific sideblog or would rather be anonymous, please let me know!
Feel free to submit either established characters or generic species/color combos. Neepers, faeries, and various unknown species/outliers are all fine.

Please don’t submit characters that are very clearly depicted as underage in canon. I won't send you hate or block you or anything cause for all I know you're 13 lmao. I just won't post it.
Also please understand that Neopets is a fantasy setting that is usually lacking in context clues (e.g. very few characters attend school for instance) so it can be hard to tell, and headcanons can vary! If you have canon info saying a character is underage, I missed it--please let me know and I will take it down.
Ditto if I mess up a character's pronouns!
