I have no energy or time to devote to Nepeta. I tried, but the way I play her is not the fanon interpretation, I've had anxiety attacks over her - both in cosplay and over RP - There is too much of me invested in her - all my insecurities become overwhelming when I play Nepeta.

I'm sorry. 

I cannot continue this blog.  For my own mental health, I abandoned it. It hurt too much.

More people might interact more with this blog if it weren't a side blog, maybe. Mostly that'd be because you could leave asks under this name, and people could quickly source them back to you. Otherwise, I'm not sure how much good it'd do. I have a side blog myself, and it has it's moments of low activity. Hopefully I can keep people interested, and that they'll see that you have a very interesting blog - side blog or not.

I might restart it as a separate blog eventually... but my Nepeta muse is ... just quiet. 

I hate leaving her because I made her, and she IS there, in my head, but the person I built her to cosplay with and play with ... she and I don't click with this pairing. Nothing wrong with that- each pairing we do doesn't HAVE to click as perfectly as they all have in the past...

...it's just a weird feeling to see it not work. I know I don't want to leave Nep entirely, but I will probably just let her sit here til she wants to come out to play again.

She bounced around a bit, wriggling in excitement.  She'd made a new friend! Wait til she told Equius.  He'd be very happy for her.  Maybe he'd even like to meet Al... At least online.  

She looked around the stark walls of the base on the meteor, glancing back and forth with sadness.  There wasn't really any way she would ever get to meet her new friend in real life... not now that all this had happened.
