You stated that the arm may be incorrect.

You asked what I thought about it.

I said it's a terrible decision given the weapon.

You asked why.

So now I'm forced to explain it in a new post.

The armpit flank is taught at the tricep.

This means the elbow can't potentially move further back.

The tendon at the elbow is drawn.

This means that the elbow cannot bend further.

The wrist muscle is half-cocked.

So in this pose the wrist is free to move.

Therefore the arm will stall, but the wrist will continue to rotate with the momentum of the weapon.

The spike on the back side of the weapon will approach the eye of the character with very little resistance.
