This episode the Basic B's are joined by Boston rapper Derek Barrus who is part of comedy rap group Weird Die Young. Derek does not have multiple personalities, but has had multiple rap names. Derek talks with us about his days of chronic substance use, how he channeled his substance use recovery into music (with the help of medical marijuana) and that time he almost made a kid's album. We also talk about Derek's job at the medical marijuana dispensary, the gathering of the juggalos and reveal no information about our secret project that we teamed up on.
