i read this diary entry that i wrote last year for the new years about being better abt setting emotional boundaries for myself and vocalizing my feelings and establishing my presence and showing my anger/disappointment/sadness/anxiety in an honest way and honestly i have been doing great for myself in terms of those things for the past few months!! go off me reaching my goals at the end of the year!!
