Tonight was the night! Johnny could do with a little celebrating after he and the bandanas made one hell of a haul! They managed to seize an entire merchant ship and split the good among them. They had so much booty they didn't even know what to do with it all! He thought about all of the stuff he could turn a profit on by selling it at a higher price in the market...or, he could sell it to the customers the merchant ship was going to cater to for a higher price and make twice the coins he already had! After all, he had a list of their clientele.
Oh, the possibilities! How it made him chuckle with glee! It was time to drink and be merry! Time to celebrate their great conquest as he and his entire crew of bandanas piled into the establishment, hooting and hollering - all in an incredibly good mood as the populous stared at them in question and horror. Johnny sat beside of the Yoshi, paying him no mind as he laughed with his rowdy crew. They were undoubtedly the loudest ones in the place.
"Harr harr! Get me the hard stuff! Hardest stuff ya got! I want to forget where I am by the end of the night!" He told the Toad behind the desk.
The cacophony didn't nudge Cloud's attention away from his pies, but a distinctive collection of yelps got him to look to his right.
At least half of the original patrons were replaced by disruptive sharks in funny costumes, and those that remained were against the wall, pale as a Boo and shivering like cold kittens.
Cloud looked to his left.
Oh great, a bigger one. No, that was a guy in a suit. No. Cloud squinted... Dead guy possessing a shark body? Whatever he was, he was huge, just as funny-looking, and scaring the poor bartender.
Cloud furrowed his brows when he watched her hastily deliver nine bottles of Stargazers, then scramble back. He raised his hand. "Uh, miss, my t--" She disappeared into the kitchen. Cloud slammed his fist into the bar. "What fresh hell is this?! This entire town is just trail mix without the fruits and candy!"
