Ever felt excessive stress? The feeling you get when you cannot study or work any more? Or when you feel like your head would explode? Or when you feel like giving up since you don't think you're capable enough? Try this -
Switch off the internet connection.
Put on your running shoes and your favourite up beat song (for me it's Titanium - shoot me down. But I won't fall. I'm titanium) and go for a run immediately. Run as fast as you can, as long as you can.
If you cannot go for a run outside, do 10 push ups, 10 sit ups and 10 squats followed by jogging in place for about a minute followed by another set.
Take a shower.
Make a cup of hot coffee for yourself.
Put on some soft songs (my favourite being Slow dancing in a burning room)
See the stress melting away.
