A smashed Easter egg is a metaphor for our fragile world. The world of 2022 is full of plague and war. Materials such as concrete and negative space reverse globes are used to reflect the current world's division, involution and self-enclosure. We live in a blind box. Here, the shelter cast in concrete symbolizes the cage of human loneliness. We are blindly arrogant and omnipotent, but in fact, we are just an Easter egg in the universe. We may encounter observers with self-destructive properties at any time, and we can't control anything.
