Cold weather shooting gloves and Scope clearance were what brought the design to life. Made with 7075 aluminum, the larger, the more aggressive "ears", coupled with fewer moving parts than competitor designs, and you’ve got a one-of-a-kind charging handle.
$30This low-profile tactical gas block is machined from premium billet tool steel on brand new equipment. Includes set screws. All parts are black oxide coated, and laser etched with our logo. Next Level Armament sells only high quality machined parts – nothing cast. Next Level Armament has a life time warranty against manufacturer defects.
$95A Great Comp/hider that really helps you get in the "rhythm" when your raggin on it and keeps the muzzle rise to a minimum. Features a single-piece construction from stainless steel billet that is ran on a live tooling lathe, and finished up in the Haas Rotary. Black oxide coated, and laser engraved.
$220The NLA Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group provides improved function and operation via several key improvements. The nickel boron finish provides superior lubricity and hardness, and the expanded rear of the carrier allows for smooth cycling in the buffer tube. Major internal parts are nickel boron coated, including the firing pin, cam pin and extractor. The extractor (machined from billet not cast) includes a black insert and o-ring for reliable extraction. Gas key screws are hardened Grade 8 and are properly torqued & staked. Bolt is machined from SAE 4140ph high-grade steel. This material makes for an extremely hard surface with a tough, ductile core resistant to structural failure and providing a long service life. Bolt is shot peened and MPI inspected. Carrier is machined from 4140ph steel to aerospace tolerances.
$101Nickel Boron Bolt provides superior function and cleaning characteristics. Nickel Boron finish allows for an extremely hard surface, as well as excellent lubricity. The bolt is machined from SAE 4140ph high-grade steel - even the extractor is machined from billet! This material makes for an extremely hard surface with a tough, ductile core resistant to structural failure, and providing a long service life. Bolt is shot peened and MPI inspected. Includes: extractor, extractor spring, extractor insert & O-ring, ejector cartridge and spring, and three gas rings.

$225Our upper receivers start with USA Milled 7075 Aerospace Alloy Aluminum, then saw cut to length on our Programmable CNC Marvel Saw. Lathe operations are performed on live tooling Mazak Machines, and then transferred to our New Haas SS mills with Touch probe Capabilities. After machining, parts are sent out for a hard coat anodize process.
$265The lower receivers start with USA Milled 7075 Aerospace Alloy Aluminum, then saw Cut to length on our Programmable CNC Marvel Saw. They’re machined complete in-house on our Haas VFss with Touch probe capabilities, and the magwell Is broached before being sent out to Anodize for hard coat
