Winter moved to his side, trying to help him as best she could, but this was far from her area of expertise. She worked with tech and chemicals, not the ill and injured. “I don’t know what to do...” she whispered, a hint of defeat to her voice. Years of searching, and here he was in front of her too weak to move. “Tell me what to do. Tell me how to help you.”
