I'm white, 25, with a journalist degree and whenever I asked for a job I got the 'sorry, you're not pretty for tv'. My bf is white, 30, has a neck tattoo, smart as heck, changes tires because 'lawyers can't have tattoos' so please, acknowledge the fact that white racism exists. thank you.
