Irony of him being a New York Giants fan to end up being the voice of the Dodgers.

There will never be another announcer like him.

SAN DIEGO -- The Phillies’ season changed with one pitch Saturday night at Petco Park. Bryce Harper fractured his left thumb when he was hit by a 97.2 mph fastball from Padres left-hander Blake Snell in the fourth inning. The Phillies said Harper is sidelined indefinitely.

The Ravens had double tragedy today as they announce the passing of former DT Tony 'Goose' Siragusa. He played 5 seasons with the Ravens and was a member of their 2000 Super Bowl winning team in a defense that included Ray Lewis and Sam Adams.

After Siragusa retired in 2001, he worked as a Fox Sports analyst and he also had a recurring role as Frankie Cortese in the hit TV series, The Sopranos.
