Years ago, call of duty once was a great video game. However, as times have changed and the proliferation of cheaters within the call of duty franchise has turned the core and fundamental values of Activision and partner companies sour. Not only are there issues with the games (i.e., bugs, glitches, cheaters), but the negligence from the CEO's who prise ensuring microtransactions are able to function with a hitch and the developers who sell the companies/games info to software developers to make cheaters for the game. Furthermore, this stun of ricochet has done nothing, but ban players on PC who are not cheaters; rather, and for instance, you have a SteelSeries engine operating in the background for your keyboard, you get banned for having that program running. What has been implemented is nothing more than a marketing ploy to the feeble-minded and uneducated individuals within our society to build trust with them again. Lastly, although the buyout by Microsoft will probably come with zero alterations as in kernel-level drivers to prevent cheating and to disband the report a cheat opinion for players, which many, and I mean many, think that because a player out positioned them, skilled, have a better gaming platform, or whatnot, they are cheating. I believe CoD can be what it was, a game where you can play with skill, to not have streamers dictate the precedents and outcomes that are to be made. In the wise words of Ceaser Beccaria, the father of the modern justice system in western societies, in the proverbial nature of man, lurks the malicious and intent to outdo their competitor, even if the means are tyrannical and abhorrent, to the extent of harming society. The tantamount nature of this paraphrase is to for you CoD, to gain insight into the arcane circumstances you are in, it is you, who is the judiciary that must ensure that punishments are not handled out in a deleterious and egregious manner to unwarranted victims; however, due to the CoD having a credulity that only permissibly allows those who commit these infringements to be "let off" (i.e., to experience zero repercussions), whereas, the bystanders are the victims that one must ensure does not occur. If not, these once bystanders will be the offenders because you have blackened their name. The proposed solution is as follows: create a new gaming engine such as one that uses easy anti-cheat or develop an engine with an equivalent anti-cheat. Then all the problems and controversies will be amended. Finally, balance weapons beforehand and don't use overpowered weapons as a marketing ploy.
