I feel like I should post an “about me” to my blog so here we go.

Hi! I go by Koiyu, aka “Nice-Butte” after the one silly bumper sticker from the first Cars movie.

Cars has always stuck with me since I was younger, I probably watched the movie a million times, even burnt out a disc watching it so much. To this day it kinda just stuck with me and hasn’t let go.

I love drawing for this fandom whether if it’s fanart of the movies, fanfiction or even my own ocs, I try to just have fun and not focus on certain styles or how my art comes out.

(We don’t mention how my diecast collection is also slowly getting out of control).

My favorite character for the longest time was Strip weathers, he’s the reason why my dream car is a 1970 Plymouth superbird, but after the cars 3 movie came out I have to say Jackson storm is now my favorite. (Strip is still 2nd and 1st in my heart).

I’d say the character I relate the most to in person is Fillmore, I am really just a hippie, I even dress and act the part.

I’m here for a fun time in this fandom, and interacting with fellow people is honestly my favorite part about it.

I’m always down for art trades, collabs, or even oc interactions as well :3. You’ve probably seen me post my beloved pick up truck oc a few times, and I WILL not stop talking about him if you ask.

Anyways enough of me yapping this was my ted talk introduction.

It's completely random and even silly information, but I always like to share it. In the Brazilian dub of The Boys, the voice actor (aka Marcelo Garcia) for Homelander is the same as the one for McQueen in Cars.

I can just imagine when in the cars universe their brakes get low and they start making that high pitched squealing sound.

They could just be rolling around talking to someone and every few seconds you just hear little screeches coming from their tires because of the bad brakes 😂

I wonder how long it takes to get super annoyed by it especially when you have some cars/trucks that are just like “LET IT RIDE”.

My favorite thing about being in the cars fandom is I can tell people “Yeah! I love cars! It consumes most of my life!” And people will think I’m not talking about the movie series with talking cars. It’s great. I still love actual cars too :3

Because art fight is approaching and I always try my best to attack EVERY CARS OC I can find, in the past I did a few drawings for people i didn’t know supported such terrible standards. I avoid people that are very open about it, but I can’t see everything. I’m barely online. I have a full time job.

Some fanart for @solomon-c ‘s fanfiction “A rude awakening”. There’s a bunch of scenes I wanted to draw for this fic but I didn’t want to reveal too much, even some of my favorite characters/plot points in the story 😂. I figured this line said enough with how the plot goes.
