So I deal with bowel incontinence and lately I've been making up with the urge to potty but shortly after I'm awake enough to move I end up messing myself without the chance to even move. Thankfully because of the pandemic I don't have to deal with the stress of changing out of a messy diaper and risk being late. I do fear that I might eventually end up messing myself in my sleep more regularly. I should be use to this by now but I'm still kinda terrified of the idea of having completely no control of my bodily functions. Ironically I'm practically already at that point because I haven't actually used the potty in months (for #2) cuz my brain can't process when I need to go before actually going🤦🏾‍♀️
