I can’t think of anything better than the simple notion that people be equal and all get along. Please do not let others dictate your conscience for you. Explore both what you should stand for and what is worth making a stand for. Always question and investigate the motives of people telling you how you should think and how you should feel. I am comfortable that I have done enough to hold the seemingly opposing notions that all black lives mattering is an unquestionably good thing, while blindly championing the black lives matter movement is a harmful thing, especially to black communities they pretend to be serving. Here’s an old article of many that helped me form my perspective and I hope it helps you reaching your own conclusions which ultimately still may differ from mine but at least be reached more objectively. This man is a critical worker who has been exposing himself to harm and trying to maintain law and order throughout lockdown. This is the result of the hateful ideology that is BLM. Please resist any further invitations this coming week to bandwagon for a movement built on hate and civil unrest. Research the stats, research the data, look into their history and ideology and don’t get sucked in by their disingenuous soundbites and straw man narratives. Look what they did to statues of Churchill, Lincoln and to the Cenotaph - a monument to the sacrifices made by people of all nations and ethnicities and do not give them credibility to push their warped agendas.
