some friends and I were talking about our characters before a session 0.

I was talking about my Sea-elf Cleric’s personality and looks. Our Druid added; “I want to squish them. In that soft toy kind of way.”

Our Fighter added later, “I can imagine [His character] developing parental feeling towards [My character] now.”

Me: “God is [My character] going to be the cute son everyone wants to protect?”

Druid: “Yes.”

Fighter: “”You leave my son alone!“”

Druid: “"Never speak to us or our Cleric ever again.”“ “Who would win, 1 heally boi or 3-4 stabby stabbers.”

Me: “I’m laughing at how this is actually being considered."

Druid: "Of course!”

Me: “Inb4 everyone group hugs [My character] when he feels bad.

Druid: ”[My character] proceeds to be crushed by both [Our Barbarian] and [Our Fighter]…And maybe a snake. Or a velociraptor.“ (He is hooked on Wildshaping into a Velociraptor)

Me: "And he is just crying all the while. Be it cuz of the overload of emotion or cuz he is in serious pain.”

Druid: “I’d cast a healing spell to keep him alive.”
