OOC | Jess & Abed
Ok so Abed said that alot of ppl try to fix him, Jess would TOTALLY be one of those people. She'd be like ALL HE NEEDS IS SOMEONE TO TALK TO HIM IN HIS OWN LANGUAGE AND PAY ATTENTION TO HIM. And she'd like try to watch all these movies so she could better understand him???? And just be totally worried and like try to take care of him and honestly it probs wouldn't end well??????
GET TO KNOW ME MEME: [2/5] Favorite Female Characters » Jess Day
So you know in horror movies when the girl is like, “Oh my God, there’s something in the basement. Let me just run down there in my underwear and see what’s going on in the dark,” and you’re like, “What is your problem? Call the police,” and she’s like, “OK,” but it’s too late because she’s already getting murdered. Well, my story’s kinda like that.
Jess is by far the best person I know, so if you guys let anything happen to her, I’m going to come here and crazy-murder you.
Jess and Ben dressed up as Batman.
They are all okay, and all those things could exist in the same woman. Women shouldn’t be valued because we are strong, or kick-ass, but because we are people. [x]
Close to You | Charlie & Jess
Charlie was still in love with Jess, even though she had made herself very clear to everyone that she was not interested. But he was determined, and he would not be swayed. Recently, he had been performing a whole series of tasks to help her, such as chasing off people who might steal her bike, putting vitamins in her shampoo, and testing her food for poison. When he told her, she was not happy about the breach of privacy. He went so far as to break into her apartment and break things when no one was home, so he could offer to fix them. But that backfired because she’d just get Nick to fix it.
Charlie did not like Nick.
So now, he had to figure out a way to see Jess and what better way than to get a job at her school? When a part time janitor position opened up, he didn’t wasting anytime in applying. And with Mac’s help, he had managed to threaten any of the other applicants who were interested and the job was Charlie’s by default.
The night before he had taken all of the lightbulbs out of Jess’s classroom, so he’d have a reason to be there when she got there in the morning.
"Good morning, good morning. It’s a beauuuuuttiifffullll day! And I’m here to give you light!" He sang, throwing the door open dramatically as he entered the classroom.
"So, hi. I got a job. Here. Because I thought what’s better than shaping the youths of America? And I thought being an astronaut, because that would be fucking cool, but a little unatainable at the moment, so this is the next best thing. I’m thinking I’m going to take some kids under my wing, you know? And really mentor them. Share my life experiences and just … make the world a better place." He grinned at her, honestly convinced that this speech of his would make him seem more desirable in her eyes, instead of crazy. But since he was an unbalanced janitor, mentoring anyone would not a particularly good idea.
"Weird." Jess gazed up at the ceiling, flipping the switch again and again before, squinting, she realized her lightbulbs were missing. "Where...?" They had, afterall, been there only yesterday. She was just on the point of running outside to raid the janitor's cabinet when he appeared.
Jess's big blue eyes widened. "Charlie..." As Jess had once told Nick, 'It's not exactly that I'm scared of him, but also, in another somewhat dissimilar way...I'm definitely scared of him.' Not that she thought he meant any ill will, it was simply the fact that he didn't seem, in clinical terms, completely stable to her and, as a result, she didn't know what to expect. He also always seemed to know where she was or what she was up to and that was definitely creepy. Nonetheless, he was sweet enough, which was the reason she had ever reached out to him, in the first place - something she now regretted.
"I didn't, um, expect to see you here...Or anywhere." For a moment, she wondered why it ever surprised her when he randomly appeared out of nowhere.
"Oh, you-No. N-n-n-no," Jess scrunched up her face. She'd never been good at confrontation and her answer was usually to start singing or making weird noises. However, she felt the need to help save any errant kids. After all, she'd once seen him screaming at his Little Brother, and that wasn't something Jess could stand to see again. Not sure what to say she did, in fact, begin to sing: "Why would anyone do that?"
Stopping herself, she added, "You know, I always think that just...teaching by example and not actually, you know, talking to or touching or anyway approaching the kids is...the best...way to...teach." She quickly pushed her lesson plans deep inside her bag.
Quickly hoping to change the subject, Jess put one hand on her hip. "Astronaut, huh? That's so...'To infinity and beyond!'" she cried, using her best Buzz Lightyear voice (it came up a surprising amount for Jess). "Ummm, what do you do, exactly, when you're not...lightbulbs..."
So up and at them…!
Sweet Tangy Balls | Jess & Nick
"Did you take a bite out of my apricot?"
Jess was not yet aware of the fact that she had an active saboteur in her life, so when she'd awakened that morning to find that the coffee table was broken, the sink was out of order, and there was a bite out of the apricot she was going to eat for breakfast, it did not occur to her that it might be Charlie proving his love.
As Nick staggered into the kitchen, that morning, she turned to him, the sweet, tangy ball in hand and held it up for his inspection. On second thought, judging by the confused expression on Nick's face, when she showed him the fruit, Jess had another idea. "It was probably Winston. I mean, Schmidt would never leave half-eaten fruit lying around all night. I need to have a real talk with Winston about this. If he wants the apricot, he can have it, but don't leave it with a bite taken out of it. That's just...gross." With a sigh, she chucked it into the sink.
"By the way, what were you guys doing last night? I did not hear anything? But it must've been crazy." She added, with a vague gesture towards the broken furniture. "How did you sleep? Well, I bet, huh?"
I’m probably fine, but I also might be dead.

SO NICK AND JESS’S RELATIONSHIP IS THE BEST THING EVER? ;D
IT LEGIT IS OK LIKE I WILL NEVER GET OVER IT OK LIKE I WAS JUST REWATCHING THE EPI WHERE THEY THINK ONE OF HER STUDENTS IS A MURDERER ACTUAL BEST
Ok, so like I was envisioning that their situation/backstory is basically the same as it was in the show? Like, they found each other on Craig's list and moved in and her ~ex and they moved on from there and all the weird/wild/wonderful shenanigans ensued from there?
OOC | Jess & Lily
Hello! It's Kate, again. So we must chat about these two!! They both work in the elementary school together and, I think, would really get along and just like come up with all these amazing teaching ideas together and also like probs gossip about their friend groups ;DDDDD
