“If I am being honest, I have no idea where things stand with Cody and I. Last time we talked was at the rumble last year and we have to talk about Libby.” She says. “I could never do that to Cody no matter what happens with him and I. He does and that makes me happy knowing that.” She says. “Good. I am glad that you guys were able to work it out and get along. Yeah buddy it’s time. I am happy for you dude. Truly.”

It was understandable to want to take her time with how things had turned out the last time. "I'm sure Drew doesn't look at it that way. Just talk to him and see what he wants. That's always the best thing to do to make sure you're both on the same page." Nick hadn't never been married but he felt he was good at giving advice.

Nick was sure it would be he couldn't help but be nervous. They had been together awhile and had kids together yet marriage was a big step. One he had avoided his whole life but was ready to dive into. "There's no one else but her and hasn't been for years. She's my person, my soulmate." He could almost see the gears turning in her head. "What about you? Do you want to marry again or that whole thing turned you off the idea?"

I'm retaining and that's that.

Almost a whole year. He wasn't sure how that worked with co parenting a child, couldn't be him. "I'm surprised since you share custody of her. "Seems you would have to talk to each other." He picked up his coffee and took a sip. God, it tasted good. "Nikki went through a lot and I think that helped patch things up. Thanks, I feel good about it. I just have to get a ring and ask her. Working up my courage for that."

“That was my biggest thing. I had told myself that above anything, I wanted to have something stable for Libs. She’s my world.” She says. “And she adores Drew.” She tells him. “I am proud of you. I know you’ve always wanted to work with your brother so I’m glad that worked out for both of you.” Hearing he’s been considering asking Brie to marry him was a huge step. “Oh my god.. look, when the time is right, you’ll know when to ask her. Plus, y’all are great together. I’m just making sure I get that invite tho.” She grinned.

Nick knew how that felt since he was a father himself. Your kids were more important than you were or that's how it should be. "I'm glad he's good with her. How are things with Cody? The last thing you want is to try and make Drew her real father when he's not. I'm sure Drew understands that though." He smiled as she talked about him and Brie. "I'll make sure you get an invite. I think we waited because of the issues with Nikki. that's Brie's twin and it's always been important that they get along so now that they put this behind them, it's time."

“No problem at all. It has been forever and I am glad we can meet up and catch up.” Trinity says as she hugs him back and she sits across from him. She had been keeping up with how he was doing in the ring and she was quite happy for him. “Life is good. Finally in a place where I am happy. Drew and I are good. Libby is good. Everything is stable. You know for a while it wasn’t as stable. So I’m glad I’m able to get back to being me and being able to love again.” She tells him. “What about you?”

He remembered how things with Cody had gone so he was glad to see his friend happy again. I'm glad you and Drew are getting closer and Libby has a stable homelife. I worried about that for awhile." His life was good too and soon he hoped to make an honest woman out of Brie. "Things are great. I'm a world champion, I get to work with my brother and things have never been better for Brie and I. I love being a father and lately I've been thinking of asking Brie to marry me."

Nick was excited to see things going so well for his old friend Trinity. Both of them held titles now albeit in different companies but they were still living dream. He had met up with her for coffee to check to see how she was so when she walked in he rose to hug her. "Thanks for meeting up with me. It feels like forever since we got to sit down and talk. How's life going?" He and Brie were doing well and Nikki had accepted them as a couple finally. @stayglowiing
