Last News! Photo Workshop in Goa, India in 2026

Goa Autrement! 8 days photo workshop in Goa, India. This workshop will primarily focus on three key areas: colorful colonial architecture in the morning, seascapes and natural landscapes, and special street photography session at sunset and immediately afterward in the Latin Quarter (the Portuguese Quarter). For the benefit of the workshop, and given Goa's size (North Goa and South Goa), approximately 30 kilometers long and 25 kilometers wide, it is necessary to have a car or a minibus with a driver for the entire duration of the workshop to save time and avoid fatigue from the heat.

The Passenger* |EN| A man wakes up on a deserted island. He has no memory. A nuclear bomb exploded somewhere on the planet. These are his only memories: a gigantic explosion, a cloud like an enormous mushroom, and then nothing. Emptiness. On the island, there are houses, cars, roads, lights still on, refrigerators still working, and sometimes even animals roaming free, but humans seem to have completely disappeared. Nonexistent. He walks across the island under a scorching sun and quickly realizes that he is alone, the only survivor. He understands that he is trapped, forever. Lost and totally alone. At the edge of a landfill, he discovers a TV from another era. It doesn't work. He tries to repair it to find out exactly what happened on planet Earth before the explosion, one last news broadcast explaining the apocalypse, but nothing works; it refuses to work. This heavy television, which he constantly carries, gradually becomes his friend, his only ally in a completely new world, the only link that still connects him to the old world. So under this burning sun, he takes it with him at every step, in search of a discovery. *A dreamlike and invented story somewhere between a Spaghetti Western, Zabriskie point, and Planet of the Apes. All set on the islands of Folegandros and Sikinos in Greece, September 2025.

Une bombe nucléaire a explosé quelque part sur la planète, ce sont ses seuls souvenirs, une gigantesque explosion, un nuage tel un énorme champignon et puis plus rien. Le vide. Sur l’ile il y a des maisons, des voitures, des routes, des lumières encore allumées, des frigos encore en marche et même parfois des animaux en liberté, mais l’humain semble avoir totalement disparu. Inexistant. Il parcourt l’ile à pied sous un soleil brulant et comprend vite qu’il est seul, le seul survivant. Il comprend qu’il est prisonnier, à jamais. Perdu et totalement seul. Au bord d’une décharge, il découvre une télé d’un autre âge. Elle ne marche pas. Il essaye de la réparer afin de savoir exactement ce qui s’est passé sur la planète Terre avant l’explosion, un dernier journal télévisé qui explique l’apocalypse mais rien n’y fait, elle refuse de fonctionner. Cette télé, lourde, qu’il transporte sans cesse devient petit à petit son amie, sa seule alliée dans un monde totalement nouveau, le seul lien qui le relie encore à l’ancien monde.… Alors sous ce soleil brulant, il l’emmène à chaque pas, à la recherche d’une découverte.

*Une histoire rêvée et inventée entre un Western spaghetti, Zabriskie Point et La Planète des singes. Le tout réalisé sur l’ile de Folegandros et de Sikinos en Grèce, septembre 2025.
