You aren’t weak or lazy for relapsing. Sometimes we slip, and it’s a truly frustrating and exhausting thing. Ask for help, get back up, and try again.

If you have trauma trapped inside your body, please be kind to it. Please don’t punish, abandon and feel hatred towards it, your body is misguidedly trying to protect you. At the very least, you deserve to give it some compassion.

Take some time to notice when you’re feeling fine, good or peaceful. So often we pay attention to when we’re feeling low we forget to really take in the high points.

Stopping at/before your limit
