Vegan, gluten free Mac n cheese 👌🏽 I got tested and apparently I’m gluten sensitive 😭 I’m trying my best to avoid it but man it’s hard. Gluten is delicious haha if your wondering, the sauce is made from cooked pumpkin, cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, garlic and water blended together!

Love a clean organised pantry full of healthy foods. Having everything in jars like this helps keep me motivated to eat well because everything is easily accessible and visible. Most of these jars are recycled from sauces, spreads, oils etc. ✨
Brown rice, noodles, a leftover randomly put together potato curry stew, sprouts and avo. Random dinners are often the tastiest 👅
This dill cashew cheese is 👌🏽 it’s even better with a bit of avo and a peanut butter jelly smoothie. YUM!!

I blended a whole bunch of celery, strained it through a nut milk bag and drank the juice (well, I tried too 😂), so did mike. I seen @beachybanana drinking this juice on her instastory, at first I was like “whyyyyyy on earth would anyone drink that stuff??” Then I started googling away and found that it supposedly has many good side effects such as clear skin, better digestion, improve pms... the list goes on. So, I’ve decided to commit to drinking 16oz per day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as per @medicalmedium recommendation. Call me crazy but I just thought it would be a fun experiment. It won’t be easy getting it down but I’m up for the challenge. Who’s with me? Anyone? 🤷♀️

Who else has terrible skin since having a baby? 🙋♀️ hormones are not my friend at the moment. I also have super sensitive skin which is easily irritated by most skin products. I keep skin care simple with exfoliating using a spin brush on my face and dry body brushing everywhere else. Then I’ll use witch hazel or rose water and then some type of oil (Coconut, hemp, rosehip etc). Of course looking after your skin from the inside out through diet is most important. This has worked the best for me so far out of everything I’ve tried but if you have any tips on how your improved your skin I’m all ears ✨
When you can’t decide if you want sweet or savoury for lunch.. both it is 😋 avo toast with salt n pepper, nutritional yeast and a squeeze of lemon juice + a berry smoothie. So good!!
Snacking on bananas and passion fruit (one of my favourite fruits 👅) My tastebuds have completely changed since introducing more fruits and veggies into my diet. I’m loving simple fresh food more and more as time goes on 🍌 health gains come at me
So yum 😋 satay noodles!!! So easy to make too. Here’s a rough recipe (I don’t measure so you’ll just have to play around with ratios) Recipe 👉🏼 noodles (obviously) and veggies boiled until cooked, then drain. Add to your blender a few dates, peanut butter, sriracha, ginger, ground coriander, soy/Tamara sauce, coconut milk and blend. Pour over your noodles 👅 yum
