on my 25th birthday, i finally did something different that would stay with me forever. i originally got the inspiration to get this done back at zayn’s album listening party, but i never got called back since i was only on the maybe list. after that, i was happy i didn’t get it because it was at the spur of the moment. and at least i then had time to really think about this huge decision. i’ve always had this perfect idea of what my first tattoo was going to be. and don’t get me wrong, i still want to get that specific tattoo done. but after what i’ve been through in 2018, i felt like this was a good way to end the year. in 2018, i was in such a dark place that i couldn’t even recognize myself anymore. but weirdly enough, that was also around the time when the surprise reveal of the listening party came up. you might think i’m crazy, but i’ve always felt like i have this weird luck and connection with zayn. and every time i see him, i tend to get a step closer with my chance of meeting him. so in a way, i felt like he somehow knew that i needed this. now every time i look at my arm, i can’t help myself but smile from ear to ear. this z tattoo is placed close to my heart and will forever remind me of the most important person in my life. the person who made my 2018. the person who has been my number one source of happiness since 2011. the angel who is always there to pick me up, my sunshine z. thank you for changing my life for the better, this is for you @zayn. ❤️ https://www.instagram.com/p/BubvrYwAiGC/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=kzg8l758ysc3
