How I spend my night
I mainly live during the night, I feel like i belong here and that i'm way more productive at these hours. But everyting is closed and everyone's alseep, how am I not bored ?
Night is a vibe
It's the perfect time to light some candles, burn encents and listening to a chill CD like jazz or indie rock
The goal is to fully relax because day time stress me way too much.
I enjoy just looking at the view and feel pure fresh air against my flesh for a few minutes. Breathing is an art to master to be able to full control your body and mind then it is how i work on this art.
2. Sport
I love my body and I want what is best for it. And I want to be hot.
It ony takes an hour and a half (since i use thristy minutes to work on my flexibility). I used to hate everything linked to effort but when you seek results it's actually very fun
3. Reading
Gothic litterature to stimulate creativity. Poetry when i just want a quick reading session before going to sleep. Theatre for inspiration.
My litterature studies kinda disgusted me from reading but i'm slowly healing and went from zero to twenty minutes per day
4. Baking
I love sugar ! I'm a very bad chef and mess up all my meal but when it comes to grandma recipes i'm suddenly very good
Add a hot chocolat and the night is yours (also it is a great time to make your own ice tea for the next morning)
5. Sew
It's a quite easy skill i've learned when I was young and it's very useful since I hate overconsumtion and I love to custom my stuff
It takes times and that's what I enjoy the most. You slowly see your work taking shape before you reach that sweet ultimate satisfaction at the endβ oh, how I love sewing.

That's how I enjoy my nights by myself. I mean, there's more but I'll probably make another post for it.

Helping you sleep
I usually find it very hard to sleep but I found some tips to help me in my night life :
having a routine
seems obvious but it took me time to find what works or not for me
i need a bubble tlo separate my active time from my resting time
2. only using my bed to sleep
very easy to do evrything on it (eating, working, watching shows...) but if you use your brain to link "comfy bed" to "sleep" it will be ten times easier to sleep
3. essential oil
a place that smells good is a place you're relax in
i also wear soft perfum to be sure to not smell bad
4. taking care of me
brushing my hair, putting cream, cleaning my face...
it's a time for me and me only so i treat my body the way it deserves
5. only turn off the light when i want to sleep
I do not touch my phone with the light off,I do not watch youtube with the light off, I don't even listen to music wth the light off
time to sleep is time to sleep, no exeption
