My singular artfight oc and her psuedo-essay length explanation

Leonie is part of a story I’m working on with a bunch of old ocs I went back to recently. She’s the most fleshed out so far. I will definitely change stuff later on but here’s everything I have now: 

She is 20 years old and works with the protagonist (Eugene) for some sort of agency related to espers (people with magical/psychic powers). I’m not entirely sure yet when/where the story takes place but in terms of fashion and culture it’s a little inspired by the mid-late 20th century.

She’s an esper with pyrokinesis, the ability to create and manipulate fire. She specializes in close-range combat and uses her powers to create claw like extensions out of her hands (made of fire. Because that’s cool). All espers also have a version of ESP and can do basic telekinesis and the general power system works off of emotions.

Following accidents she had as a child she has some burn scars all over her body. Her hands are the most severe and she is missing her right pinky; she has some difficulty using them due to the scarring. Due to the nature of their powers it’s not uncommon for those with pyrokinesis to have this problem, especially before they can control them.

When I first created her years and years ago I really associated her with (Canada) lynxes if that’s anything
