Username pronunciation: Night-fall-stick-kate (I was thinking of the word "sophisticated" at the time, so the second half is pronounced "sophisticate")
Hi! I'm Nightfall or Night or Fall or Falst or whatever you wanna call me. I'm an aroace artist and animator currently hyperfixating on BFDI content. I've first watched BFDI when BFB 11 was the most recent video (maybe even earlier but I can't remember), stopped watching after BFB 30, got back into it when BFDIA 21 was released cause Leafy!!! Also BFDIA continuing too! Leafy was always my favourite and watching BFDI again made me love her more!

This is a mostly BFDI blog, but I might talk/post about other things such as Vocaloid and Project Sekai. My goal with this blog is to start actually doing what I want to do without perfection holding me back. Aside from finished pieces of art and animations, I might post some experiments and studies.
Side note: I'm okay with my art being used by others as long as I'm credited and it's not used to spread hate! Also, not required, but I'd appreciate if you DM me if you do use it!

Learning a bit of rigging in Toon Boom using mech Pin! (Also trying the BFDIA animation style)
Behind the scenes stuff below!
It's a simple rig since there's not much parenting aside from the face. Only thing I drew are the open and closed teeth smile mouths, the rest of the assets are the .SVG files from the wiki. Only added a couple of eyes and mouths to test things out first.
I thought about it for a bit and I kinda wanna storyboard a "what if Coiny was a finalist and confronted Firey in the finale" thing (it'd be during the crane part).
My Toon Boom Harmony practice! This is mostly based on Coiny's TPOT 2 quote, "You can't act like BFDIA didn't happen," and then everything expanded from there.
There's a bit at the end of the chorus that I haven't finished yet, but I liked how the whole thing turned out so far! Might tweak some things later, but it's better to make it exist first at least.
I want to fully animate this at some point in the future. I'm too busy right now with college and all

Doing a storyboard of a mini Pin and Coiny AMV as practice to get a hang of some of the tools. I have Storyboard Pro but it didn't work that well when it comes to boarding to music and songs (at least when I attempted it). A part of it ended up being closer to an animatic because I couldn't help myself.
I'll probably post the storyboard/animatic soon because I like it a lot. I was planning on animating it (and I still do want to!), but I don't have the time for it unfortunately. Maybe in the future when I have the free time and I'm better at Harmony.
