In September of 2018, I began a lifelong journey. It hasn’t always been easy, and there have been moments when I questioned if I was strong enough to keep going. But every step has been worth it.

Today, I celebrate 6 years sober! 🎉

This past year has tested me in ways I never expected. Between my health struggles and everything life has thrown my way, there were days I truly didn’t think I’d make it. But I did—and I know I didn’t do it alone.

To my tribe: thank you. Thank you for standing beside me, encouraging me, checking on me, believing in me, and reminding me of my strength when I couldn’t see it myself. Your love and support have carried me through some of the darkest days of my life.

Six years is more than a number. It’s thousands of choices, countless lessons, and proof that healing is possible. I’m so grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me get here. Here’s to another year of growth, healing, and choosing life. ❤️
