Update on TMCS, I am not working on chapter 5 for the moment, as a small break for inspiration. This happens sometimes, and I hope that I get more inspiration to continue writing. I will also be away from my computer in the future, just for a bit, so I hope to get it done before then. If not, I hope the few people who enjoy it can understand.

For ya'll who didn't know, possible a lot, I held a DTIYS on instagram! Hopefully I can hold another one that I can share across all platforms. The goal would be a certain amount of likes or reads on either nightsilk fanfics.

Btw 21 chapters are planned so far for The Moon Cries Silk

TMCS will have more chapters than 21, just thought I’d mentioned I have planned that far ahead and have split chapters as arcs. I won’t say what chapters belongs to which arc, as its simply for myself to organize thoughts. But I thought I’d mention it as an update.

I also realized that I have planned some scenes that may look like I’m implying a romance between Nightmare and someone else, but I will say right now I do not ship Nightmare with anyone else other than Muffet, and a character whom belongs to a friend of mine. I do not like ships with Nightmare unless its Nightsilk, selfships, or Oc x Canon in which the oc is the user’s actual character, and not someone else’s character. It also depends on how the ship is portrayed, and as for what will be implied I will portray it in a way I see it. Toxic. I see many ships with Nightmare to be nothing but toxic due to the fandom. I don’t mind others shipping it, its just not for me due to horrible fandom interactions.

Small vent and worry ig

I really like how I got a few new comments after uploading chapter 4. Someone even offered some ideas for TMCS. However, since it is from Ao3, I'm cautious. Ao3 is a breeding ground for pedo and incest defenders (Aka proshippers, aka actual groomers.)

And this is where I go into a tangent Literally from all my experience, those people never respect boundaries, so I'm always anxious and scared interacting with people on Ao3. "Oh, the block button exists tho, grow up!" I'll have you know that proshippers normalized pedophilia and incest for me at a young age, as well as for many other children in my generation. They are still doing it. They are disgusting and dangerous people, with no regard for boundaries or children. Not even victims.
