I spoke to WGBH recently but after learning some post-publishing information, I truly believe that though my intentions were good, my emotions were more or less somewhat preyed upon by someone looking for a story.

Mind you, UMass could have at any point actually been transparent and just told me what the actual fuck was going in so one of the demographics in the world that is subject to awful shit continuously could have some actual information, but when a scheduler says stuff like “we will get you rescheduled as soon as we can pinky promise! We can’t tell you when, maybe a month maybe more who knows? 🙃” naturally it didn’t help.

It did cause harm to some people that didn’t deserve it and are going through enough on their own though, and even though my drive was just hoping UMass would actually just tell me what the fuck was going on, I feel like it’s caused more harm than good so have deleted the article from my page.
