Joey from Cafe the Ceuvel talks about the footprint of the products they use in their restaurant. Wouter is one of the suppliers. He grows mushrooms on the-otherwise wasted-  sawdust  from lumber mill.

In the beautiful greenhouse on top of the Metabolic boot are volunteers working on setting up aquaponics system that wil facilitate veggie and herbs for Cafe the Ceuvel.

Nice typical amsterdam recycle detail: The plastic bucket got recycled from illegal marihuana plantation that got cleared by the police. If you didn’t know about it you could still sense it by the smell in the greenhouse all day long.
