Don’t listen to that voice in your head that says you aren’t good enough. Because you are good enough, and will always be.
let’s treat ourselves more gently. let’s go to bed early. let’s rest when we need to. let’s live life in a way that doesn’t make you feel burnt out after a few weeks. i want us to have fun, to enjoy everyday life, to be present and not to always push ourselves to the last limit. challenge yourself but also treat yourself with love. okay?
Stop telling yourself that the grass is greener on the other side, because it’s not. It is greener where you water it. So take control of your life and start watering your own pastures and grow your own greener grasses.

Small Ways to Improve Your Life
Granted, not all of these will work for everyone and there may be days where you feel as though you cannot be bothered to do any of these either.
1. Wear something you feel yourself while wearing it.
2. Listen to music while doing your daily tasks: commuting, cooking, cleaning, homework, etc.
3. Smile at yourself.
4. Smile at people in the street.
5. Eat food that makes you feel radiant.
6. Stretch for 10 minutes.
7. Make your bed as soon as you leave it to instantly make your room look more together.
8. Carry water with you always.
9. Take a hot bath or shower at the end of a stressful day.
10. Make water the first drink of the day, before tea or coffee.
11. Make lists of things you need to accomplish for the day.
12. Think of at least 3 things that you are grateful for at the end of each day.
