lunch date with sprinkles ❖ nina & sharna
sharna.
Sharna tended to run in her own circle of friends which she knew she had to branch out of eventually or how else was she going to meet incredible people like Nina? But familiar was what she’d always gone with though she was glad she’d taken a chance and gotten to know Nina better. “Uh yeah, the jeans and the t-shirt, top knot. I mean she looks better than I do most days. She’s like a little glam queen and I’m just like, ‘I put on real people pants today’ and that’s it.” She laughed. “Wait we can’t? What? Is this a rule or something?” She playfully frowned as she put her bag in the backseat. “Well thank you love, I can definitely say the same for you.” The Aussie grinned and got into her car, turning it on and lowering the top. “Oh man, snacks on our way to lunch? And we get ice cream after? We’re keeping you for a long time.”
The more she knew of Sharna, the more she liked her and was certain that the two were going to be great friends. This was already a good start and they hadn’t even made it to the nitty and gritty yet. That would come during sugar rush o’clock. “It’s an iconic look! Don’t hate on it! It’s a nice, easy and cute go to.” With a chuckle, she shook her head. “Real people pants,” she scoffed. “Real people pants are a joke. End of story.” Nina shrugged, a wide smile still on her lips. “Haven’t really thought about it. Maybe they wear sequins and glitter every day in Reno? Sounds like a fun place but glitter just gets everywhere. Everywhere.” With a chuckle, the brunette got into the car and buckled her seatbelt and shifted slightly in her seat in an attempt to get comfortable. “Are you? Or am I keeping you? That’s the real question. I also... tend to get hangry and I’m sure that’s not kid friendly so I just thought I should be safe.”
