I'm starting a SERIES of bookmark making

SO one of my favourite art format is bookmarks, especially since my dad started cutting my mom s work paper stuff and like the leftovers are perfect bookmark size, so I have quite the quantity of perfectly bookmark shaped paper scraps.

What I love most is that you can make them out of anything scrapbook watercolor collage crayons yarn whatever u have just a pencil sketch or a ballpen doodle ANYTHING CAN BE A BOOKMARK even gum wrappers (don't use actual gum tho cuz like it sticks to the pages and then u can't read that page and even if you rip it open you'll probably lose à couple of words it's a hassle).

Since this year is hopefully my last year in university, i decided to make all my friends a bookmark yk just in case we never see each other again haha this def doesn't make me sad haha 🥲

Genuinly tho it's such a nice souvenir to give people, its small doesn't take space is as durable as the medium you use and I like to imagine that maybe in 10 years they'll find it randomly while cleaning or moving and whatever and be like HEY this is from that weirdo back in uni!

In an ideal world, I'd stay in contact with all of them, but oh well, we all know how that goes..

Made stamps out of old eraser ✨️

One of my friends was showing me the gift she made for her best friend and she carved a lil eraser to make it into a stamp and it like opened my third eye how did I not think of it before ??? Anyways I will be making so many I'm gonna go buy eraser next week hehehehe

Also random but I went olive picking this weekend it was a blast!

For context where I'm from we have like generational olive trees ? Idk how to explain it but basically most families in the region own olive trees and every winter we go family olive picking and turn it into olive oil and sell it.

It's a mediteranean thing ig but my ppl are very known for being obsessed with olive oil lmao and so yeah I think it's so cool that all the families have their own (ma grandma s olive oil I superior and it is not a biased take!)

This is my favourite page of my journal so far. It was the first I actually did as scrapbooking in the traditional sense ? I think?

It features this poem that I found online the other day and it just spoke to my soul ig, I looked it up and apparently it's a song actually written by Emory Hall and Trevor Hall titled I have been a thousand different women

I lowkey tear up everytime I read it cuz I'm one of those people who stay awake at night thinking about all the times they said the wrong thing did the wrong thing or acted in a way that they wish the could take back out of embarassment, and so I think its important to remind yourself to cherish every version of you that you've ever lived because you wouldn't be where you are today if it wasn't for the decisions that they made.

And like also I was a pretty great bunch of ppl actually I'm just anxious like that

Journal Tour ★

OK so here's a lil tour of my lil journal

Nothing too fancy on the first page

Then I did a lil yearly view I did the mosaic tiles with watercolor it was SO hard cuz I didn't have a nice tiny brush, but as u can see I didn't use it lol that's why I decided to not go for a personal agenda I'm neither busy nor organised like that.

Sylvia plath's fig tree analogy im OBSESSED WITH it I actually read the bell jar for the first time this year and it was such a weird book sometimes she sounded like a genius sometimes like a poet sometimes she was just boring too I'm not sure I liked it but it was def a ride.

This page is for letters to my futur self ✨️

My goals for the year (blurred cuz either personal or embarassing lmao)

OK so this is actually so fun I highly recommend doing a bingo card for 2026 cuz it's so silly and whimsy (again blurred for privacy)

Now this I took a bunch of pages and cut them small so it makes a mini notebook in my notebook ans here's what it contains :

A page for each month (I did June to June but you do you) and the square at the corner is to stick random stuff like this :

Then I did a page inspired by Amanda rach lee s old bullet journal video ( Amanda is my fave journaling youtuber I live for her videos ):

It features the things that people recognise me for like if someone I know irl saw one of these items somewhere they'd probably think of me cuz they're all always in bag or on me

Took me years to find dotted journals here until I found this brand a couple of years ago. I've been getting them whenever I run out it's not too expensive, and it's really good quality.

Also spiral notebook supremacy.

Stickers are from everywhere and anywhere.

There's no real setup inside this one, I usually do monthly sections like an agenda and do one week per page bur after two or three times I realised I don't really use them so I went for chaos and anarchy this time around.

I also didn't want to overthink it cuz "im a perfectionist" and it keeps me from doing things and enjoying them so NO RULES ANYMORE AAAAaaaaa ahem stay tuned for the inside

Also this 2025-2026, I never have time to set up yearly cuz I always have exams this time of the year so I just do it whenever I have time because nobody ever said you can't get ur life together mid July.
