One. I've loved Victor Lavalle's work since Slapboxing With Jesus. Two. I'm so glad he's writing a comic. Three. I've been hunting for the debut issue like the holy grail. Four. The story surrounds the return of Frankenstein's monster, who's sick of humanity especially after they interrupt his sojourn in the attic. Five. The story also concerns a black woman who is a descendant of Dr. Frankenstein and who's young unarmed teen son has been murdered by the police. She brings him back to life and whoa... can't wait for issue two. (at Telegraph Art & Comics)
