JOSH MILLER WANTS SONIC MOVIE SEQUEL TO HAVE KNUCKLES THE ECHIDNA
Josh Miller, co-writer for the Sonic Movie, was asked what ideas he has in store for a potential Sonic Movie Sequel, and his biggest one was introducing Knuckles, Sonic’s Friendly Rival.
“I will only hint that we wanna bring in some of the other characters from the games. But, really, it’s all about Knuckles’ love.”
Josh Miller stated that he would also love to see Jaleel White, Sonic’s Voice Actor in AoStH and Sonic SatAM, do a live action cameo in the sequel:
“I hope this is not a spoiler for anybody waiting but I really wanna get Jaleel White involved somehow… he was in a super bowl ad by the way.”

THE ROCK COULD BE IN A SONIC MOVIE SEQUEL
After the sucess of the Sonic Movie, rumors about a Sequel are getting stronger by the second. Jeff Fowler has said that he is in talks with Jim Carrey and the writers on what direction the sequel could take if it gets aproved.
Neal McDonough, the actor who played Major Bennington in the movie, was asked about a Sonic Movie Sequel, and he had the following to say:
“I’m looking forward to part two. Literally, part two, I’ve already heard rumblings that The Rock is going to be [in it]. The Rock is in part two of everything, by the way.”
Of course, he could be joking, but The Rock himself and the director of the Sonic Movie, Jeff Fowler, had talks last month on Twitter about doing a cameo in the original Sonic Movie that couldn’t come to fruition.
I’ll keep everyone updated.
