They were just going to be like cookie bars in the heart-shaped tin but the cookies were really spready and rose and fell into bowl shapes. We put some more chocolate chips in each and threw them in the oven for a minute so the chocolate chips melted, then spread them around to cover the bottom of each cookie bowl. And then filled them with:
Chocolate frozen yogurt mixed with almond extract and pieces of toasted almonds
Frozen strawberries that we cut up and cooked
And they were tasty. I think that painting the insides of the bowls with chocolate helped make them more water-tight.
