PUSH UPS ‼️ I remember when I first started working out and I could not do a single push up to save my life. As of earlier this year, I could do a maximum of 5 push ups and now I can do different variations. I am still not great at push ups because I have a weak right wrist. Push ups are great for your chest, shoulders and triceps. The type of push up you fo determines the muscle group you work on i.e wide triceps are good for your shoulders while diamond push ups are good for your triceps. HIP DIPS 🚨🚨 This is probably the one thing I struggle with and I know some of you ladies have the same struggle. Unfortunately it is genetics and it is the way your body structure is so you cannot get rid of them but you can reduce them. Try and incorporate these exercises into your daily routine, I check prescriptions and do standing abductions as well so they can be done anywhere. SQUATS 🏋🏽♀️🏋🏽♀️ Who doesn’t love squats ? They are one of the most common exercises people do because of how good they are. It is an exercise that comes in different variations: sumo squats, wall squats, prisoner squats, single leg squats etc. Sumo squats are good for building your side glutes and helping to reduce the visibility of hip dips. I struggle with hip dips and it is the way my body is however I have found sumo squats to really help with building my side bootayy and reducing hip dips. My challenge to you is to do 100 sumo squats a day from today, start with 20, then 30..... till you reach 100 and see the difference it makes. It doesn’t matter how little it is, every squat counts and every little change makes a difference.
