for the end of april we are deleting the entire server sayonara you weeaboo shits
server has been deleted for real this time... and i just have a few words to actually say.
Deleting the server wasn't an easy decision, especially with all the fond memories I've had with everyone who's gone inside, since its establishment in 2019. It was my first ever time to create, manage, and meet so many people with a like minded passion— yes, i've been in tumblr for more than 7-8 years by that point, but i've always stuck to a close circle of mutuals i've eventually had to move on from after moving fandoms.
So, this discord gave me some of the biggest friendships I cherish to this day, where we had been able to develop our OC friendships & relationships, share art & fics & other kinds of things; laugh at the typoshamings and memeries, have Amogus gaming & even a custom Hunger Games sim; get through a lot of shit and sending a massive amouny of virtual hugs; and having the weirdest talks to gushing even about the most mundane things about our days— everyone who'd been present in THAT server has had an immeasurable impact to me as an artist, a writer, and most importantly, as a person.
It wasn't always happy, or quiet— we also had a fair share of controversies and dramatic exits from former former members (who I DO wish the best, whomever & wherever you are). But above all, those who were THERE until the end, today, this day; April 30th of the year 2023— please know that your presence and friendship and interaction has been appreciated and will be forever missed. But it's time to bury the dead, and honor its fallen.
So, thank you everyone, most sincerely, from the bottom of my heart. I wish you all the best, and safety and wonder for the rest of your days. I will never forget the bonds we have forged, the friendships that we have made, and the memories that we all have shared. Do not go gently into the good night, my friends; and continue on with your new journeys in other things with light in your mind & joy your hearts.
