hello! if you mean how did i get the solid color behind noah for the gif, i just used a clip of him that had a solid background! (i believe the one i used is from a buzzfeed video)

but if the background of the gif isn’t wide enough, you just have to add a transparent layer on top of the gif, use the color picker to select the color of the background, and then use the gradient tool and paintbrush tool to fill in whatever blank space is leftover to create the illusion of one solid background. what i mean by that is that my header went from looking like this (because the gif wasn’t big enough to stretch across the whole header) to looking like this
