There's been a lot of confusion about that recently, and I'd like to clear it all up once and for all.. I am ME, okay? I'm not him, or them... and I'm certainly not you. I'm not Tom Hanks or Freddie Highmore, I'm not the President of the United States, and I'm not a Martian or a Time Lord (though it would be infinitely awesome to be the latter). I'm just plain old, little old, good old me! Glad we have that cleared up now. :P I am a born-again Christian living my life every day for Christ's glory and learning to be more like Him. All human beings have sinned (Rom. 3:23). We lie, which makes us liars, steal, which makes us thieves, place other things before God in our lives, which makes us idolators, and the list of sins goes on and on. Doing 'good' things won't outweigh our sins, because God, though He is loving, is a just judge. He must sentence us to the punishment we deserve (Rev. 21:8). But God loved us so much, He sent His Son to live a perfect life and take our punishment for us (John 3:16). He paid our debt, and all we have to do is accept His gift of salvation, and we can have Eternal Life in Heaven. That exciting moment when you find a story you never finished, and have the urge to write in it again!

I was kind of bored, just looking through my Documents folder for something interesting, and I got very (and perhaps overly) excited when I came across a very short intro to a story that I wrote just a week or two ago but forgot about. It's kind of like rediscovering a gift card I forgot I had been given (Which actually happened to me a few months ago with an iTunes gift card... joy and happiness!). Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go stir up a SciFi-flavored smoothie with these new found creative juices. =P

Oh, and I feel I should mention that this particular story is my first ever attempt to write in a First Person Present POV (SHOCK AND HORROR!), a style which I have previously and vehemently denounced as something I greatly hate loathe despise and abominate. However, I had a change of heart and decided to give it a try, and it's actually quite interesting, though I still like Third Person Omniscient narrative in past tense better.

Endogenous: having an internal cause or origin.

Yep, I guess that makes sense. "Endo" meaning within, "genesis" meaning origin or beginning. Now that I know what that word means I can get back to my studies and be less stumped by phrases like "Therefore, the human factor supply in an economy also becomes endogenous and affected by the rate of technological change." Learning new words FTW! :)

It's Heritage Day here at Verity, for Spirit Week. I decided to make a pie chart that illustrates, to the best of my knowlege, all parts of my national heritage. Oh and it's pronounced no-AH-la-gee. The 'ah' and the 'o' just run together, see? =P 

I just don't want to catch anyone saying no-ah-HA-la-gee. That sounds like someone saying "No apology" without pronouncing P. Or like someone saying "Noah, holler G!" which makes no sense at all.

... you know what? Say it however you like. I'll probably change it back once I get over this weird I-want-to-change-something-just-because mood. Or change it to something totally different and totally awesome. You never know, because I'm just that unpredictable. Unless you have a degree in Noahology, in which case I'm very predictable. :)
